With 22 years experience in the industry we established STA Consultancy Ltd in 2021 after working for a leading Quantity Surveying consultancy company.

STA Consultancy Ltd is based in Billericay, Essex and we are a family focused organisation, providing Quantity Surveying and Project Management services to clients. Our primary aim is to deliver high quality projects starting with the initial instruction, through to occupation of the finished buildings. From strategic advice on planning and innovative construction solutions our focus is building an efficient outcome-driven relationship. We Provide a complete range of custom built services to fit the individual project and client requirements.

The Hermitage Mews residential project demonstrates the emerging practice’s commitment to sustainability. Hermitage Mews, a development of eight townhouses in south-east London, is designed to achieve net zero targets.
STA served as both the client’s Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager for this project. We provided detailed cost advice for the construction of these eight prime residential houses and prepared them for the market.
