The whole team here at STA Consultants Ltd are excited to be working on this scheme. The former Towergate head offices are being beautifully converted into 46 one and two bedroom apartments. This is an ever growing placemaking area in the centre of Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire.

Spring House Hertingfordbury 2800 sq.ft Detached Modern House

We have been instructed by the clients to oversee the complete project through all the phases up to practical completion. The House itself is going to be a 2800 sq.ft detached family home set in 1 acre in Hertingfordbury, Hertfordshire.

Our roles as Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager will be to coordinate the various consultants. This is from the first instance reviewing the planning and building consent information, then establishing a construction budget. We will then proceed with procuring the project at the optimal speed keeping close to the programme.

The house is currently being demolished and the site then cleared. The owners have moved out which gives us 8 months to complete the project. This Project will be carefully structured in phases to suit the development programme and delivery for the clients. Also enabling better use of their financial facility and helping to deliver a home of superior quality.
