Our Quantity Surveyors have many years of experience in all aspects of Quantity Surveying, including but not limited to the full measurement of a building, Procurement, Contractual Solutions and accurate Cost Management. We aim to deliver a streamlined process whilst increasing productivity, deliverables and overall performance.
Our team have a broad range of knowledge of the construction industry for you to utilise. Our knowledge is key within the project team to allow for best practice outputs, optimising the
strategic approach and commercial results within each scheme.

Cost Estimation & Budgeting
Quantity surveyors are responsible for accurately estimating the costs of materials, labor, and equipment required for a construction project. They prepare detailed cost plans and budgets to help project managers and stakeholders understand the financial implications of the project.
Cost Control & Monitoring
Quantity surveyors monitor project costs throughout the construction phase to identify any variances from the budget. They implement cost control measures to address cost overruns and minimize financial risks.
Procurement & Tendering
Quantity surveyors assist in the procurement process by preparing tender documents, evaluating bids, and negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors. They ensure that all procurement activities are conducted in compliance with regulations and project requirements.
Valuation & Payment Certification
Quantity surveyors are responsible for valuing the work done by contractors and certifying payments based on the progress of the project. They ensure that payments are made accurately and in accordance with the terms of the contract.
