Terry has accumulated 22 years of experience within the construction industry, working on a variety of sectors from prime residential, sports and leisure, hotels and student accommodation. Terry has delivered schemes ranging from £60m to £1b managing up to 90 packages with his own team of surveyors. Terry incorporated STA in 2021 and has grown the team to deliver a combined total of £250m worth of projects for both clients and contractors.

Stratford Waterfront Commercial & Education District - East Bank
Value: £550m Description: Cultural & Education
The client’s vision was to create a new destination in Stratford centered around the East Bank. By constructing a Cultural & Educational District, my close liaison with the client team and stakeholders enabled us to implement new more efficient change control & risk register processes, making a more streamlined and easily understandable process.
Tottenham Hotspur Stadium
Value: £800m Description: 62,000 seater multi-purpose stadium
I managed pre and post-contract QS service delivery, oversaw a team of 5 surveyors and 90 work packages, and implemented a change control process. I was in charge of the project delivery since 2015. One key challenge was delivering the project for the 2018/2019 football season. To mitigate program risk, I procured early works packages and worked in the main contractor's site offices, resulting in better client outcomes.
Kings Court, Covent Garden
Value: £70m Description: New Build Residential / Cut & Carve Refurbishment
I was responsible for managing service delivery, revenue management, and all pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services, as well as managing a team of 4 surveyors. One of the key challenges I faced was procuring the development using a 2 Stage Design & Build route from Stage C/E information to agree on cost certainty for 55% of the works packages before entering into a contract in a buoyant market.
