Terry has accumulated over  22 years of experience within the construction industry, working on a variety of sectors from prime residential, sports and leisure, hotels and student accommodation. Terry has delivered schemes ranging from £60m to £1b managing up to 90 packages with his own team of surveyors. Terry incorporated STA in 2021 and has grown the team to deliver a combined total of £250m worth of projects for both clients and contractors.
