Herschel Street, Slough

STA Role: were appointed as the Quantity Surveyors late into the delivery of Herschel Street which had budgets spiraling out of control. STA currently manage over 25 packages and have taken full control of accounts where budgets were exceeded. STA to date have agreed and fixed costs for nearly all packages providing high-cost certainty for the client.
