STA were appointed as the Contractor’s Quantity Surveyor for The Bridge, Student Accommodation located in Guildford, Surrey.

From tender stage through to completion, STA managed all cost and procurement, ensuring efficient change management. We also took on all commercial responsibility from progress reporting, assessments on Contractor applications for payment to agreement of the final account.
